Job summary

National Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance from a company-provided service truck. You’ll support commercial fleets within a 50–60 mile radius, delivering high-quality workmanship with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Diesel technician experience (mobile experience is a plus).

Compensation

$32 - $45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)

Our performance based pay structure rewards productivity, quality workmanship, and experience.

Top Mobile Technician earned $164,135 last year.

Average Mobile Technician earns over $100,000 annually.

We also offer a 90-day pay guarantee to help you transition into the role with confidence contingent on acceptance of offer.

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you'll work independently from a company-provided service truck performing repairs where our customers need you most.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems

Accurately document repairs and completed work

Maintain parts inventory and organization of your service truck
