Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Auto and Diesel Technician in Dallas, TX. This role offers weekly pay, medical benefits after start, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing heavy/medium duty engines and systems, and delivering high-quality service to customers with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred.
• Two years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty/medium duty equipment
• CDL A preferred or other state driver’s license as required

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer to independently facilitate preventative maintenance, repair estimates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate work schedule with customers; road test to identify causes and ensure repair quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle repairs across mechanical subsystems including brakes, A/C, electrical, and steering.
