Sievers Equipment Co Inc in Greenfield, IL is seeking a Mobile/Shop Diesel Technician/Mechanic to diagnose and repair agriculture and construction equipment, including JCB machinery. The role combines in-shop and field work with emphasis on diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic and HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate has trade school training, hands-on diagnostic skills, and at least 4 years of mechanic experience; a valid driver's license is required and CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade school or other training with diagnostic skills and/or prior experience with ag/construction equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic and HVAC repair and diagnostics desired.
• Workload includes both in-shop and in-field repair work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment and JCB construction equipment.
• In-shop and in-field repair work as needed.
