Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Field Diesel Mechanic in Fargo, ND. You will diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on Case IH diesel equipment in both shop and field settings, delivering high-quality service.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or an associate degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel up to 75%. DOT Certification is required or obtainable during employment. Benefits are generous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ years of completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record and own tools.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain.
• Travel up to 75% with some overnights and field work.
• Flexible/on-call hours and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of diesel machinery per manufacturer specs; provide field service as directed by the Service Manager.
• Document findings, parts, timelines, and complete service orders accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities; recommend maintenance or upgrades.
• Follow safety rules and regulations in all assignments.
