Job summary

BBA Pumps in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Diesel Service Technician to join our on-site team. You will service and maintain diesel‑driven mobile pump systems, perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete repairs on engines and pumps.

You will conduct field service visits, start-ups, inspections, and on-site troubleshooting for diverse industrial environments, document activities, ensure safety compliance, and communicate clearly with

Strong maintenance and repair skills with diesel engines and pumps.
Ability to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
Field service experience including on-site diagnostics and commissioning.
Excellent customer communication and professional support.
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and service docs.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel‑driven mobile pump systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and complete repairs.
