Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Three years or more relevant work experience preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred; ability to obtain CDL within 6 months may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Interacts with drivers to determine nature of the issue and documents work performed.
• Complies with safety, DOT, MOT guidelines and uses maintenance systems for records.
• Mentors junior Tech 1/Tech 2 levels and participates in training.
