Are you an Experienced Mobile Diesel Technician looking for an opportunity to work for a leader in the commercial truck industry?

We are searching for tenured & certified technicians to support our customers near Tulsa, OK.

Our Mobile Diesel Technicians are responsible for maintaining the fleet for clients and handling service calls at client locations, providing expedited expertise directly on site.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain all equipment according to company standards.
  2. Handle basic maintenance tasks such as fueling, oil checks, cleaning, and inspections.
  3. Manage inventory control on the service truck and keep it properly stocked.
  4. Report to the Service Manager and perform assigned duties daily.
  5. Be available for after-hours service calls and maintain an open work schedule.
  6. Maintain and inventory tools required for diesel engine trucks and equipment.
  7. Read job orders, diagnose vehicle malfunctions, and plan work procedures.
  8. Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical information for repairs.
  9. Perform repairs including removal and replacement of major engine components and other parts.
  10. Document diagnostic and repair activities accurately in the company system.
  11. Ensure safety by inspecting guards, bolts, and safety devices, and make adjustments as needed.
  12. Lubricate moving parts and verify repairs through test drives.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance as requested.
  14. Complete paperwork and update mobile service records accurately and timely.
  15. Respond to customer inquiries and foster positive relations.
  16. Advise customers on future repairs or services.
  17. Participate in training and apply learned skills in work tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related facility.
  • Current CDL preferred but not required.
  • Medical card as per FMVSS requirements.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Peterbilt, Cummins, & ASE certifications are preferred and rewarded.

Pay Rate: USD $20.00 to $48.00 per hour.
