Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic work and support customers using Autel scanning equipment. The role requires applying technical knowledge, answering inquiries, and resolving vehicle technology issues in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of diagnostic experience, and while not required, I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred. This is a field/mobile role serving the Houston area with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic experience in automotive service.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Willing to obtain proper tools to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostics using Autel scanning equipment.
• Assist customers by applying technical knowledge and explaining procedures.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel unit and processes.
• Research and resolve vehicle technology issues with clear explanations.
