Job summary

TEKsystems in Norwell, MA is seeking a Mobile Device Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for enterprise iPhones and iPads, with focus on Microsoft 365 apps and MDM management. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely communication with end users.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Device Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for enterprise mobile devices, primarily Apple iPhones and iPads. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications on mobile devices, managing devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, application support experience, and a willingness to learn and support internally developed mobile applications.

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID user and device management.
• Experience supporting Android devices in addition to Apple products.

Top Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting Apple iPhones and iPads, including Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience supporting mobile devices through both hands-on troubleshooting and MDM platforms.
• Application support experience, including Outlook and other mobile productivity applications, with the ability to learn and support custom applications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Norwell, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
