Job summary

uBreakiFix is seeking a qualified technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Soldering and console experience would be best.

• Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles is preferred.
• Technical degree or certification in Electronics is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail electronics store is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide repair estimates to customers.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive work environment.
• Keep track of devices and inventory; safeguard store stock.
• Use POS system to maintain records of customer information and repair status.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
