Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation seeks a Dentist to join our team in eastern Wisconsin, serving residents in long-term care facilities including Green Bay, Appleton, and Fond du Lac. The position offers a versatile schedule and a base rate of $1,000 per day.

Role supports mobile/onsite care with a Dental Assistant, full administrative support, and 100% malpractice coverage. Flexible 2–5 days per week, with no evenings or weekends required for part-time or full-time tracks.

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. required.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to residents in nursing homes and facilities.
• Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns/bridges.
• Enter patient data and document in EMR system.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities.
• Maintain a monthly average of 20 patients per day.
