Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation seeks a Dentist to join our team in eastern Wisconsin, serving residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Work can be part-time (2–5 days/week) or full-time with a generous daily base rate and comprehensive support.

The role includes providing preventive care, restorations, denture work, extractions, and emergency services within a mobile model that travels to facilities, using our EMR system. Licensing and patient care autonomy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS or DMD degree.
• State professional license required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dentistry experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine, preventative examinations and oral cancer screenings.
• Performs routine extractions and fillings.
• Performs denture fabrications, relines, and repairs.
• Performs restorative dental services including crowns and bridges.
• Provides cleanings and x-rays.
• Provides emergency services.
• Mobile model treatment with daily travel to facilities.
• Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
