HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to provide general dentistry services in nursing homes and long-term care facilities in eastern Wisconsin, with options for part-time or full-time schedules. • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine, preventative dental examinations and oral cancer screenings.
• Perform routine extractions and fillings.
• Fabricate, relines, and repair dentures.
• Provide restorative services including crowns and bridges.
• Perform cleanings and x-rays; provide emergency services.
• Maintain a monthly average of 20 patients per day.
• Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in EMR.
• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities for mobile care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
