Job summary

Enable Dental is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a mobile dental team delivering care in patients' homes and care facilities. You will oversee scheduling, operations, compliance, and ensure an outstanding patient experience while coordinating with a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant.

The role requires travel daily, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care in non-traditional settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.
