Enable Dental is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a mobile dental team delivering care to patients at home or in facilities in San Diego, CA. You’ll oversee operations, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience while coordinating with the Dentist/Hygienist and Dental Assistant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in dentistry, bilingual English/Spanish, and thrives in a fast‑growing startup. Compensation includes a base salary plus a 20% quarterly bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.
