Job summary

Enable Dental is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a high-performing mobile dental team delivering care to patients in homes and care facilities. You will oversee operations, scheduling, and compliance to ensure exceptional patient experiences while driving efficiency.

The role requires a strong dental background, chairside skills, and comfort with travel. You will be integral to a mission-driven company bringing accessible dental care to those who need it most, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile dental team delivering care at patients' homes or facilities.
• Oversee scheduling, operations, and patient experiences; ensure compliance.
• Drive productivity and maintain high-quality patient care across the mobile practice.
• Travel daily with the team to patient locations and provide chairside support as needed.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Clinical Team Manager, you'll be the backbone of a high-performing mobile dental team—consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant—delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities.

Just like an office manager in a traditional practice, you'll be responsible for seamless operations, top-tier patient experiences, and ensuring compliance, all while managing scheduling and stakeholder interactions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

Job Requirements:

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record

Benefits

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive Base compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 plus 20% quarterly (depending on experience), generous incentive comp based on market growth, equity
