Job summary

Enable Dental is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a high-performing mobile dental team delivering care to patients in homes and care facilities. You will oversee operations, scheduling, and compliance to ensure exceptional patient experiences while driving efficiency.

The role requires a strong dental background, chairside skills, and comfort with travel. You will be integral to a mission-driven company bringing accessible dental care to those who need it most, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

5+ years of dental experience.
Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

Lead a mobile dental team delivering care at patients' homes or facilities.
Oversee scheduling, operations, and patient experiences; ensure compliance.
Drive productivity and maintain high-quality patient care across the mobile practice.
Travel daily with the team to patient locations and provide chairside support as needed.
