Enable Dental seeks a Clinical Team Manager to lead a mobile dental team delivering care to patients at homes and care facilities. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and optimize patient experiences while coordinating with a dentist or hygienist and a dental assistant.

Travel daily with the team, support chairside care as needed, and drive efficiency in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance and patient experience.
• Manage scheduling and stakeholder interactions for daily operations.
• Support the physician chairside as needed and assist clinically when allowed.

YOUR DAY‑TO‑DAY

As a Clinical Team Manager, you'll be the backbone of a high-performing mobile dental team—consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant—delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. Just like an office manager in a traditional practice, you'll be responsible for seamless operations, top‑tier patient experiences, and ensuring compliance, all while managing scheduling and stakeholder interactions.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Active State‑Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)

Job Requirements

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
• Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record

Compensation

Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $72,800.00 - $87,360.00 per year plus 20% Quarterly bonus
