The Ohio State University College of Dentistry seeks a Dental Assistant who will share in driving the mobile dental clinic (Dental H.O.M.E. Coach) for the Office of Community Education in the Division of Dental Public Health.

The role includes direct chair-side dental assisting for faculty, residents and students and support for pediatric and special needs patients. Core hours are Monday–Friday, with possible weekend/evening work and overnight travel as needed.

Formación

• CPR/BLS certification is required at all times throughout employment.
• Radiographer license is required at all times throughout employment.
• CDL required within 6 months from hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with chair-side dental assisting for faculty, residents and students.
• Drive the mobile Dental H.O.M.E. Coach and support mobile clinic operations.
• Dispense, receive and process instruments, equipment and supplies used in treatment.
• Stock clinic supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and communication with community partners.
