Job summary

360care seeks a Dental Assistant to visit long term care facilities and support physicians with dental care. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, assist with imaging, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for treatment.

The role requires traveling up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius, strong communication, and a focus on patient care and safety under HIPAA guidelines. A high school diploma and medical/dental assistant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Medical/dental assistant experience preferred.
• Must have own reliable transportation and pass TB test.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with patient care promptly and courteously.
• Maintain and verify clinical records, charts, and medical history in EMR.
• Operate and troubleshoot dental equipment and radiographs as needed.
• Prepare treatment areas, pass instruments, and manage supplies.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and ensure HIPAA compliance.
