Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MHRT/1 certification or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plan of care drives all service activities.
• Ensure clients' safety in homes and community.
• Travel within 30 miles of home; transport clients.
• Attend minimum four hours monthly of clinical supervision; accumulate 20 hours of training annually.
