New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Mobile Crisis Therapist to assess individuals in behavioral health crises, de-escalate acute situations, and develop immediate treatment plans. You will work with a crisis team to provide coordinated services and participate in nights/weekends call rotations.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, a NM license (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LPAT, LMFT), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or health-related field.
• Must possess one of the NM licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LPAT, LMFT.
• Independent licensure and LADAC preferred.
• Any candidate who can meet state requirements to provide clinical services will be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis services and develop treatment plans.
• De-escalate crisis and coordinate with community providers.
• Participate in on-call coverage during nights and weekends.
• Document services within required timeframes and standards.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary crisis team.
