Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Mobile Crisis Team Responder to join the Crisis Services and Outreach Department in Evansville, IN. The role involves responding to crisis calls, conducting on-site risk assessments, and coordinating follow-up care for clients.

This position requires a Bachelor''s degree in social work or related field, experience with mental health/addiction/homeless populations, and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis phone calls, walk-ins on-site, and provide on-site risk assessments within Vanderburgh County.
• Complete comprehensive risk assessments and consult with supervisor/psychiatrist for recommendations.
• Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served.
• Be on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor, engage, and coordinate referrals for participants.

Key Responsibilities
