Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Mobile Crisis Team Responder to join the Crisis Services and Outreach Department in Evansville, IN. The position requires weekend availability and involves responding to crisis calls and on-site risk assessments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and experience with mental health, addiction, and homeless populations. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to crisis phone calls, walk-ins on-site, and provide on-site risk assessments within Vanderburgh County.
  • Complete comprehensive risk assessment, consult with supervisor and/or psychiatrist on-call for recommendations.
  • Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served.
  • Mobile Crisis Team will provide a presence on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor, engage, and coordinate referrals for participants.
