Job summary

Behavioral Health Link in Macon, GA is hiring immediately for full-time CPSs, RBTs, or Field Care Consultants. You will provide rapid, face-to-face crisis response in community settings such as homes, schools, and hospitals.

Shifts include Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, nights from 10pm to 6am/7am/8am (40 hrs). A CPR certificate is required; Georgia CPS or RBT preferred; 1 year of relevant experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based, face-to-face rapid crisis response for individuals with behavioral health conditions.
• Serve as second responder in 24/7 active crisis operations across multiple settings.
