Job summary

Integrated Health Resources LLC in Macon, GA seeks full-time CPS's, RBTs or Field Care Consultants to respond to behavioral health crises across community settings. Shifts include nights Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours weekly, with ample PTO and benefits.

The role involves rapid, in-person response, collaboration with families and agencies, and documentation while ensuring safety and support for clients in crisis around the clock.

Qualifications

• Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with mental health/substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, face-to-face crisis response in community settings 24/7.
• Operate as second responder in homes, schools, and other settings.
• Document actions and outcomes; coordinate with families and service providers.
