Job summary

Integrated Health Resources LLC is seeking full-time CPS's, RBT's or Field Care Consultants to support rapid response in Macon and surrounding areas. Shifts include nights Sun–Thu and Tue–Sat, 40 hours per week, with pay rates starting at $19/hr for CPS and $18/hr for RBT/Field Care positions.

The role involves in-person crisis response to individuals with behavioral health needs in various settings, requiring valid CPS or RBT credentials and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with consumers with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
• Must be computer literate and proficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 rapid response to behavioral health crises in community settings.
• Serve as a second responder in homes, schools, hospitals and other treatment environments.
• Respond to mobile dispatches and document interactions as required.

Education

Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred

High school diploma required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

CPR certification required
