Job summary

Behavioral Health Link is hiring for immediate full- and part-time CPS, RBT, and Field Care Consultant roles in the Atlanta area. Roles involve rapid, in-person crisis response to individuals with behavioral health needs, across homes, schools, hospitals and other settings.

Requires valid license and transportation; remote work not specified. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 access to Teledoc mental health services for you and household members.

Qualifications

• Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Must be computer literate and proficient.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, conflict management, distress tolerance, and emotional intelligence are valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile dispatches in own vehicle and provide rapid crisis response.
• Work in community settings including homes, schools, and hospitals.
• Interact with clients and coordinate with treatment teams to ensure safety and support.
