UnityPoint Health – Eyerly Ball is seeking compassionate Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselors to respond to mental health crises in community or home settings. On-call shifts, travel within the assigned region, and 1-hour response expectations will apply.

Qualifications

• Education must meet one of the listed criteria (professional, bachelor’s/associate’s, or high school diploma).
• Experience requirements depend on education level (see details).
• License: valid driver’s license and auto insurance; background checks.

Responsabilités

• Respond to clients in community and home settings with immediate support.
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health crises and coordinate with partners.
• Assist clients toward safety and stability and maintain documentation.
