Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Care Team Assistant to support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). In this on-site role, you will help coordinate calls, manage reports and documentation, and support daily operations that enable crisis clinicians to respond effectively in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level; no prior related work experience.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration required.

Responsabilités

• Receive and triage phone calls and route messages.
• Assist MCOT staff with gathering information and accessing EHR.
• Track team locations and estimated arrival times.
• Prepare, edit and distribute forms and reports accurately.
• Maintain organized program files, records and logs.
• Submit documentation and maintain the EHR as needed.
• Support staff scheduling and timecard editing.
• Prepare agendas and record minutes for team meetings.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies; complete trainings.
