UnityPoint Health - Eyerly Ball is seeking compassionate Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselors to respond to mental health crises in community or home settings. This PRN role requires travel within the Fort Dodge region and on-call coverage with shifts from 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00–11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Two Des Moines openings exist, with base and on-call pay. Candidates must be able to travel within the assigned region and provide immediate support during crises.

Competenze

• Must meet one of the following education criteria: a mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code 228.1.
• Bachelor's degree, an associate's degree, or a high school diploma with related experience.”
• Experience requirements depend on education level (see details in posting).

Mansioni

• Provide crisis response and intervention to clients in community or home settings.
• Complete related data entry and documentation.
• Be available by telephone during on-call shifts and respond within 1 hour to assigned region.
