Qualifications

• Valid Oregon driver license and insured vehicle required; 21+ with clean driving record.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or can obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention during mobile crisis responses, including after hours.
• Assess risk and safety needs, coordinating with partners to arrange services.
• Guide Peer team members to complete safety plans and documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records and related documents.
• Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners as needed.
