Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Masters Level Clinician for Mobile Crisis Services in Brockton. The role supports crisis intervention, assessments and direct patient care within an outpatient setting. Weekend shifts include day and evening coverage in a part-time capacity.

Applicants should hold a masters in behavioral health and be licensed or license-eligible in a related field; strong communication and coordination skills are essential to deliver timely, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work.
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC1/LABA).
• Licensed eligible Master Clinicians encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Program & Location: Mobile Crisis Services / Brockton
Education: Masters degree in Behavioral Health field
Pay Range: $70,200 - $80,000 (Experience and Education dependent)
Shift: Weekends; Day and Evening shift
Status: Part Time

Masters Level Clinician Requirements

• Must present as courteous and professional at all
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion:
• Must have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative
• TB screening
• Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
• Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC 's electronic medical records
• Ability to provide leadership and program development within an outpatient site
• Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication

Masters Level Clinician Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position;
• Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations;
• Participate in Treatment Team Meetings;
• Crisis intervention and screening for patients at risk;
• Maintain assigned caseload;
• Providing direct care to patients - including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments;
• Responsible for each assigned patients medical All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manners;
• Provide direct care to the This care will include, but not limited to, individual counseling, group facilitation, lectures, orientation for new patient's. discharge and aftercare planning, and case management of patients assigned;
• Responsible for linking patient's with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the
• patient and his/her family access outpatient services when appropriate;
• Attend all unit, facility meetings and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director; Attend mandatory trainings;
• Responsible for contacting the insurance company for authorization, as needed;
• Utilize standards precautions at all times;
• Demonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient's
• rights;
• Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Program Director, Clinical Supervisor or Assistant Program

Masters Level Clinician Qualifications
