Daymark Recovery Services is seeking a Para Professional to deliver crisis-focused psychosocial services in high-intensity clinical settings. The role involves crisis assessment, case management, and collaborative planning with the care team to support recovery goals.
Under supervision, you will provide education, crisis support, and relapse prevention strategies, while helping individuals access community resources and maintain stability.

Shift: Days 8am-8pm
Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. Most aspects of this job require clinical assessment and evaluation skills to consumers that report in crisis to a variety of community settings including magistrate's office, community sites, and DAYMARK Service Areas in crisis. Case management/supportive services for disposition of cases is also a core function of this job.
This person is an integral member of an array of services. The responsibilities of the Para professional include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensures that consumer/legally responsible person receives information regarding rights and assistance as needed in exercising rights. Assists consumer/legally responsible person in obtaining information about available service providers.
Helps the consumer make informed independent choices and develop a network of supportive individuals.
Assist the consumer with using the crisis plan and provide relapse prevention support.
Supports the consumer to maintain stable housing, improve housing situation, and enhance independent living skills.
Assists the client in gaining information about going back to school or job training
If with an approved WRAP facilitator or trainer, this can include skill maintenance and enhancement around meals and social activities to build peer relationships where eating is not the core activity.
The direct service guideline is 75% of time spent in specific billable contacts per week in the community. (120 units a week)

Must fall under one of the two tech levels below AND be able to demonstrate 1 year of experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other services providing comprehensive emergency/crisis services.
