Job summary

West Texas Centers seeks Mobile Crisis Outreach Workers to provide rapid crisis assessments and connect clients with needed services. The role offers a career ladder, performance incentives, flexible schedules and a rewarding work environment.

Starting pay is $21.84 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including health plan, paid holidays, generous PTO and employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-person crisis assessments to determine appropriate resolution of the presenting situation.
• Assists case managers in delivering rehab and skills training services to clients as assigned by the program manager.
• Crisis Worker is responsible for providing services to clients as directed by the program manager to assist case managers in delivering all prescribed rehab services.
