• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person crisis assessments to determine appropriate resolution.
• Assist case managers in delivering rehab and skills training services.
• Provide services to clients as directed by the program manager to support prescribed rehab services.
• Engage in mobile crisis outreach to individuals served within the program scope.
