Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• One year experience in mental health field required.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Intervention services include telephone and mobile assessment, crisis counseling, conflict resolution, referral and linking to community resources.
• Work in a supportive team environment while helping people access mental health/drug and alcohol services in Northumberland County.
• Provide community with care and support to improve mental health and well-being.
