Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a part-time on-call Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our emergency services. The role supports Rhode Islanders in crisis, collaborating with police and community partners to assess risk and link clients to services.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and QMHP certification. A valid RI license is preferred. Availability nights, weekends, and overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health fields is required.
• QMHP certification is required.
• License preferred in Rhode Island or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local police, BH Link, and community agencies to complete risk assessments and safety plans for individuals in crisis.
• Coordinate referrals to longer term service providers and provide social resource information to those in crisis.
• Complete emergency certifications when necessary.
• Document services per Thrive, state, and federal regulations.
