Washington County Mental Health Services, Inc. seeks an Imbedded Crisis Clinician to deliver mobile crisis intervention in partnership with the Vermont State Police.

This full-time role in Berlin and South Royalton centers on trauma-informed support, de-escalation, and bridge-to-care across community resources. You will work with WCMHS Emergency Services and Clara Martin Center clinicians, performing assessments, referrals, and follow-up while documenting in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills required.
• Clinical interviewing, assessment and case management experience preferred.
• Trauma-informed crisis response and crisis intervention experience are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Respond to police calls to provide crisis intervention and outreach.
• Conduct clinical assessments and facilitate referrals to services.
• Provide mobile, community-based crisis services and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain timely electronic health records and documentation.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and service partners to ensure safety.
