Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk 8 miles daily.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and overhead lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Henrico County Mobile Crews.
• Foster excellent client relations and teamwork.
• Maintain Virginia driver’s license and company driver status.
• Participate in safety and job-related training.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Mentor staff and address issues with Operations Supervisor.
