Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a hands-on Crew Lead in Richmond, VA to supervise the Grounds Maintenance Crew and oversee daily operations. You will lead the team in landscaping, equipment upkeep, snow removal, and project coordination to ensure safety and quality across properties year-round.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in grounds maintenance with 2+ years in supervision, plus a Virginia driver’s license with a good driving record, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
