Role and Responsibilities

Crane Operator: Responsible for operation, setup, and maintenance of assigned equipment. Understand all functions of the crane and ensure proper setup for safe lifting within rated capacity.

Qualifications

• NCCCO Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Clean CDL License

Preferred Skills

• NCCCO Rigger Level 1 or equivalent
• NCCCO Signal Person or equivalent
• OSHA 30-hour construction training

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused attitude
• Follow safe work practices at all times
• Be punctual and prepared daily
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment
• Coordinate work with clients
• Complete inspection logs as required by FDOT and OSHA
• Fuel equipment upon return to the yard
• Obtain customer signatures for work authorization daily
• Report accidents or safety concerns
