Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot mobile data connectivity, focusing on APN settings, IP allocation, and GGSN/PGW interactions to ensure seamless user experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Telecom/EE and 6+ years in mobile network operations, RAN, or core network support, with strong data analysis and scripting (Python) skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years in mobile network operations, RAN, core network support, or as a technical analyst.
• Experience with APN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and VoLTE/VoNR.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python) for automation of data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot mobile data connectivity processes (APN settings, IP allocation, GGSN/PGW interactions).
• Document and optimize current APN provisioning or troubleshooting workflows to improve efficiency.
• Interpret and present technical data to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
