Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform on-site inspections for residential construction within a 25-mile radius of Castle Rock, WA. You will photograph interiors and exteriors using a smartphone or tablet, then upload images via the Pruvan app for the report team.

This is a contract role with pay based on project type and location. No report writing is required, but reliable transportation and prompt communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the Pruvan app to provide a general overview of what has been completed on-site.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
