Job summary

NWM Risk Management in Colorado is seeking contractors to visit residential construction sites, take interior and exterior photos, and submit them via our mobile app to support progress monitoring for lenders. You control your schedule, work independently, and are paid per project with a flat rate.

A reliable vehicle and a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app are required. No report writing is needed; inspections must be completed within 24–48 hours of assignment, with PPE and

• Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties using the mobile app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
