Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to elevations and positions; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and systems; primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy of structures using levels and measuring tools.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground work.
• Coordinate with site leadership on materials and safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
