Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support multiple sites in the city area, including hospitals, financial institutions, and retail locations.

The role involves on‑the‑road work, diagnosing equipment issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem‑solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Universal certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial HVAC experience and a valid driver’s license.
• EPA Universal certification highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment across sites in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine actions to modify, repair, or improve systems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance records in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor others while aligning with CBRE RISE values.
