Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a Mobile Collection Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN to join our Field Operations team in Allen County. The role performs home-based drug screen collections for participants involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services, with routes planned daily.

The ideal candidate travels within a 45-mile radius, handles urine, oral fluid or hair specimens, and maintains accurate documentation while meeting contract requirements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform observed collections and collect specimens.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a smartphone with location tracking.
• Willing to travel within region including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to homes, worksites, or DCS offices to collect specimens.
• Log, order, process, and ship samples.
• File requisitions and chain-of-custody forms.
• Courier specimens to drop-off locations or labs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Support program managers to ensure sites meet standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
