Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a Mobile Collection Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to perform home-based specimen collections as part of the Indiana DCS program. Travel within a 45-mile radius, logs and ships specimens, and supports site inspections.

Requires a HS diploma or GED and strong customer service skills. Role includes after-hours travel, mileage and cell-phone stipends, and potential incentive bonuses for emergency collections outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participant homes or DCS offices to collect urine, oral fluid, or hair specimens.
• Log, order, and process samples; assemble for shipping to laboratory.
• File requisitions and chain of custody forms; manage paperwork.
• Courier specimens to drop-off locations and assist with site inspections as needed.
• Provide support to ensure third-party sites meet Cordant’s Indiana program standards.
• Perform after-hours collections as required and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a self-motivated Mobile Collection Specialist to join our Field Operations team in Marion County, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be located in Indianapolis, IN with the ability to travel within a 45-mile radius. In this role, you will be performing home-based collections for individuals required to complete drug screens as part of their involvement with the Indiana Department of Child Services. Our Mobile Collection Specialists receive their daily travel routes each morning and are responsible for collecting urine, oral fluid (saliva) or hair specimens in accordance with contractual requirements.Remove if not applicable to the opening: This position will involve observation of {Male/Female} participants and requires a {Male/Female} Mobile Collection Specialist.
