Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 service calls at cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts.
• Measure electrical parameters with a multimeter.
• Trace faults via electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify thread types and fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment carefully.
• Record service notes accurately.
• Use ServiceTitan for tickets.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers.
• Taste coffee after repair to verify calibration.
